Daily December Photo Album

So if you’ve been following along this weekend, I’ve shared how I’m Documenting my December. Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been preparing a few different albums ahead of time, so that I can easily document the holiday. I think documenting things from different perspectives is important and I’m excited to tell the story of my holiday through multiple lenses.

This album will be a ‘Daily Photo Album’ that I will put together at the end of the month. I know I’ll be taking a lot of photos throughout the month of December and my goal is to take at least 5 photos each day.

At the end of the month, I’ll pick out my favorite photo from each day. I’ll get them printed at Persnickety Prints — 4×4 size & in black and white and adhere them into the album.

This is another album that I’m preparing in advance. I cut 26 4×4″ black cardstock squares and then punched two holes and connected them with two binder rings. As the book opens the textured side of the cardstock is on the right side with the number centered on the top. The left side is the smooth side of the cardstock, where I will eventually be adhering a 4×4″ black and white photo.

  • I’m finishing up a mini album! I’ll be using it for a combination of #30lists, Dec. Daily and Daily Doc Holiday Edition. LOVE your idea of doing an album like this.

    • Yay! Can’t wait to see your album — my big album is going to have December Daily and #30Lists in it.

  • Katie’s Nesting Spot

Love the really bold and simple graphic look of your book. I used it for inspiration but mine is more kid friendly with bright colorful papers and no numbers…although I might make up some that can be easily punched out with a one inch circle punch for the girls to add to their 12 Days of Christmas mini books. More about it has been added to Challenge #10.

    • ooh yay! I’m so excited to go over and look. I wanted this one to be my like — super minimalist artsy book. I figure I’m gonna get all the fun moments down in my December Daily or my Favorite Photos album — and I wanted one that was super simple, just for photos.
