The 100 Day Project is a free global art project, that anyone can participate in. The idea is to choose an action, and repeat that action once per day for 100 consecutive days. The project starts today, April 4th, and runs through July 12th. To learn more about this project, check out Elle Luna’s instagram account, or check out the hashtag #The100DayProject.
Lately, I’ve been feeling a little bit lost in some of my creative projects. I decided to skip Project Life for 2017, I was always falling behind, and it was feeling really burdensome. I’ve been feeling a little divorced from my Awesome Ladies Project for this year, it’s just not inspiring me the way it should. So I’m using the 100 Days Project as a way to ref0cus.
My project is called: #100daysofallaboutme. Each day I’ll be asking a single introspective All About Me question. Something like, what, where, and when was your best vacation? or If you could only pick one TV show to watch for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I’m most concerned with coming up with great, thought-provoking questions. Be a good steward of your gifts, the quote in the image above is the inspiration for my project. One of my gifts is a passion for truly understanding things. The key to really understanding something is first to listen closely and then come up with a question that asks both something about the subject that 1) advances the dialog and 2) you really want to know the answer to.
As I mentioned earlier, I’ve been feeling a little disjointed in my creative life. I’m looking forward to creating a routine through this project and spending time each day working on something that I’m really passionate about.
